Exactly how big is The Rock?  The Rock is a slightly banked .522 clay oval. 

What are your ticket prices?  Sunday night events are $12 General Admission, Children 10 years of age and under are free.  Ticket prices for events involving Super Late Models and our Fall Specials will be announced separately and available on our website at that time. 

What time do the races start?  On Sunday night scheduled events, the pits open at 3:00 p.m. and grandstands at 3:30 p.m.  Hot laps start approximately at 4:00 p.m. with Heats around 4:45 p.m.  There are weekly drivers meetings and they begin approximately 45 minutes before the Heats.

Please check the website for starting times regarding Special Event shows.  Again, all starting times are approximate.

When weather is a factor, please remember to call the Speedway before and during your trip.  The latest information will always be available on our recording.  The track hotline is: (301) 729-5050.

Where is your pit area located?  Our pit area is located outside of the Speedway (off Turn 4).  There is ample parking, concessions and permanent restrooms available in the pit area.   There is a fuel truck available on race day.

What is the age limit for your pit area?  All ages are welcome, but if you're under 18, a parent/guardian must be present to sign a Minor Release form.  There are teams and cars moving throughout the pits on a consistent basis and young children should be supervised at all times.

Are quads/4-wheelers permitted on the grounds?  Quads/4-wheelers are permitted inside the pit area only and must be driven at a safe speed.  The Rock reserves the right to change this policy at any time. 

What divisions do you run on a weekly basis?  The Rock plays host to the RUSH Late Models, Street Stocks, Hobby Stocks, and 4-Cylinders.  Occasionally, a division may have a week off, so please make sure to check our schedule for the list of classes that week.  The Rock also runs some special shows featuring Super Late Models and Classic Cars.

Do you charge for parking?  No.  Parking is free on the grounds of Allegany County Speedway.

Pricing Guidelines:
Reserved Box Suites
Covered - $125 for the season (Does not include race tickets and not good for fair.)
Uncovered - $100 for the season (Does not include race tickets and not good for fair.)
Per Race - Single event box seats are available at $5 per seat (max of six per box) -- This does not include your race ticket.

Reserved Grandstand Seating - $75 provides a choice of any available seat in the grandstands. (Good for every event except the Fair.)

Reserved Porch Seating - $75 for the season. (Does not include race tickets and not good for fair - also must pay hosting Train Club a $2 fee.)

The general admission and pit permit season passes will admit the holder to every racing event at The Rock - Allegany County Speedway (except fair race), including the two season ending two day events in October.
